London Designer Outlet Teams Up with Talk Club
At LDO we are proud to have joined forces with Talk Club, a leading men’s mental health charity, to create real change — helping guys open up, check in on their mental wellbeing and feel supported.
Let’s be honest, it’s not always easy for men to talk about how they’re feeling. That’s where Talk Club steps in, offering a simple way to start conversations that matter.

The Talk Club “How Are You? Out of 10” is a powerful yet simple way for guys to check in with themselves and each other. Whether you’re feeling a solid 9 or barely scraping a 3, sharing your number is a first step toward feeling better.
LDO will be bringing those chats into everyday spaces by hosting pop-ups, events and awareness campaigns that make mental fitness part of the norm. By linking up with Talk Club, LDO is helping to break the stigma around men’s mental health and turning a trip to the shops into something way more meaningful.
Talk & Tatt

Ahead of the National League Final at Wembley, London Designer Outlet teamed up with Talk Club for “Talk & Tatts”, a pop-up tattoo parlour and social space designed to get men talking about mental health.
Fronted by KISS FM presenter Tyler West, the event gave fans a relaxed place to connect before the match.
Using football culture and tattooing as natural conversation starters, the activation helped create low-pressure moments for more open and honest discussions around mental wellbeing.
Pal-entine’s Day

On Pal-entine’s Day, London Designer Outlet and Talk Club, the UK’s leading mental fitness charity, put mates before romance with the launch of Mate Dates.
On Friday 13th February, it was all about grabbing a mate and heading to Frankie & Benny’s, where groups of two or more unlock exclusive Pal-entine’s dining offers.
From quick lunch catch-ups to post-work dinners, Mate Dates uses the power of food to create space for connection, laughter and honest conversation, putting mental fitness firmly on the menu.
Love & Hope
Show Talk Club some love and join LDO in supporting their Love & Hope campaign. All profits from the sale of their special tee will go directly to the Talk Club Love & Hope fund, helping spread love and hope by providing free therapy sessions for men from a lower-income background.
Talk & Trim
For our first collab with Talk Club, we launched Talk & Trim; a special barbershop pop-up which aimed to support men’s mental wellbeing in an environment they already trust.
Taking place during the bustling FA Cup Final weekend, Talk & Trim turned our Cube Space into a dynamic barbershop setting, offering free trims and valuable emotional check-ins.
Visitors were asked the cornerstone question of Talk Club: “How are you? Out of 10?” This simple prompt, shown to boost wellbeing by over 15%, created a safe entry point for honest conversations that looked to help reduce isolation and improve resilience.
A team of professional barbers, all trained in Talk Club’s “Captain” programme, engaged visitors with empathy, encouragement, and connection.
Talk Club is a Registered Charity no.1194033.
