Shoe Donation Campaign – Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Back to School Shoe Donation Campaign at London Designer Outlet (LDO), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Campaign Overview

  • For every pair of back-to-school shoes purchased in participating stores at LDO between 23rd July and 3rd September 2025, LDO will donate one pair of shoes to Solace Women’s Aid on your behalf.
  • Donations are made by LDO, not the customer, and no additional action is required by the purchaser beyond making a qualifying purchase.
  • Donation Cap
  • The total number of shoes donated will be capped at 300 pairs.
  • Once this threshold is reached, no further matched donations will be made, even if qualifying purchases continue.

Participating Stores

  • Only purchases made in participating retailers qualify for the donation match.
  • Participating stores will be clearly marked in-centre and listed on the LDO website or campaign promotional materials.

Qualifying Purchases

  • Only purchases of back-to-school shoes made during the campaign period will qualify.
  • Shoes must be intended for school-age children (e.g. school shoes, trainers suitable for PE) as defined by the participating retailer.
  • One donation will be made per qualifying pair purchased.

Donation Recipient

  • All donated pairs will be gifted to Solace Women’s Aid, a registered charity supporting women and children affected by domestic abuse.

Campaign Duration

  • The campaign runs from 23rd July to 3rd September 2025, inclusive.
  • LDO reserves the right to amend the dates, pause, or close the campaign early if the donation cap is reached.

Limitations

  • This initiative does not entitle customers to a physical pair of shoes or voucher in exchange.
  • The donation is made by LDO and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or claimed by customers.

  • LDO reserves the right to amend or cancel the campaign or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • LDO accepts no responsibility for incorrect information provided by third-party retailers.
  • The decision of LDO regarding any aspect of the campaign is final.
